STM used the Dynascales DS1020 to accurately monitor and control the removal of silt and rubble during a major tunnel excavation in Italy. Installed in an ATEX zone on an 800 mm conveyor, the system handled 50 to 250 tonnes per hour with stable, reliable performance.

ISCAL uses a stainless steel DS1414-3 to accurately monitor ground beet pulp transport in its sugar production process. Installed on a 1200 mm conveyor, the system measures throughput from 50 to 750 tonnes per hour for reliable process control and totalisation.

TRS installed two DS Load Block systems to accurately weigh ground rubble for a recycling customer in the UK. Mounted on a 1000 mm conveyor, the solution delivers stable throughput measurement from 50 to 400 tonnes per hour for reliable monitoring and reporting.
Your support was fantastic. The belt scale is installed and calibrated and, according to the operators, it is working fine. They also integrated the scale with their automation system, which is functioning fine. So far they only say good things!

A dynamic belt weigher continuously measures belt load and belt speed, then calculates the mass flow rate in real time. This provides accurate throughput data without interrupting production.
The system is designed to minimise mechanical influence and signal drift. Combined with stable load sensing and direct speed measurement, it delivers consistent weighing results even during long production runs.
Yes. The Load Block dynamic belt weigher provides real-time flow and totalisation data that can be used directly for closed-loop process control, batching, and automated feed regulation via PLC systems.
Installation is typically fast due to the compact design and simple mounting method. In many cases, the system can be fitted with minimal conveyor modification and limited downtime.
Yes. The DSLoadblock is designed for easy retrofitting on most standard conveyor frames. This makes it ideal for upgrading existing lines without needing a complete conveyor replacement.
The weigher connects directly to standard PLC systems using common industrial interfaces. Once connected, it provides real-time weight and flow data for monitoring, alarms, and process control.
The Load Block delivers stable, repeatable weighing performance for continuous bulk flow measurement. The weigher is accurate within 1%, and depends on material type, belt condition, and installation quality. The system is designed to minimise drift and variation.
Yes. Factors like particle size, moisture, belt loading behavior, and flow consistency can influence results. The system is engineered to handle a wide range of bulk materials while maintaining reliable throughput measurement.
Yes. The dynamic weighing design continuously measures load and speed in real time, allowing accurate tracking even when belt speed, material density, or throughput fluctuates during operation.
Very little. The system is designed for long-term operation with minimal wear components, making it ideal for continuous industrial use with limited service intervention.
No regular adjustment is typically needed. Because it measures speed directly without belt contact, it avoids slip and reduces mechanical wear, helping maintain stable performance over time.
Check intervals depend on your process and quality requirements. Many customers perform periodic verification during planned maintenance stops to ensure consistent performance and documentation compliance.
We typically need belt width, conveyor speed, material type, flow rate range, installation location, and control requirements. With this information, we can recommend the best-fitting configuration.
Yes. We support your team or installer with documentation, integration guidance, and commissioning support to ensure the system performs as expected from the start.
Lead time depends on the model and project scope, but our process is designed to keep delivery and integration timelines short. We will confirm the schedule during the quotation stage.
